Day 146- Wednesday
Been really tired today. Needed a
pre-lunch and post lunch snooze.
Mum has really hurt her shoulder and
can't sleep or use it. We have her on the anti-inflammatories, pendular exercises
and heat but she is refusing to let me acupuncture her! Hoping it will settle
over next few days or will have to try to get her in to Up and Running.
So the house is dusty and we have
both sat around doing nothing all day! What a pair!
Really humid again today but manage
to have a bit of a walk and then Matt pushes me around the lake. Just in time
for sun setting and a slightly cooler breeze.
Today's quote- ' work like you don't need money, love like you you've never been hurt,
